Independence Day in India is observed on 15th August every year, it is celebrated as the day of happiness and feling proud as India got independence from british rule on this day.

SDS DAV Centenary Public School, Kumarhatti also celebrated Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit. The day included Flag Hoisting, National anthem, Little Soldiers Parade, Rangoli Competition and a colourful cultural programme.
